My main achievement in this job was I had given the growth of 10% increase in sales from previous year month, Moreover I had converted 80% restaurants with the opportunities given by the company.
I had achieved customers satisfaction in my working tenure.
Working as an MDE i was monitoring both primary and secondary sales.
I was handling merchandising activity with the given team.
Coordination with the pre-sellers to achieve daily target pack wise booking and sku wise.
Daily market visits meeting with customers to review the sales situations and up coming challenges.
Daily reporting to managers for kpis and zero sales shops data.
Monitors Shops with negatives sales from previous year same month.
Cooler/fridges free of cost providing to the retailers which helps to boost the sales as well as given discounts on monthly basis on achieving company targets.

Initially I was hired as an MTO in this organization, after 2 months of task completion was promoted as a Product Trainer for North Region in Pakistan.
As a Trainer I was handling all Brand Promoters in retail stores as well as manage their monthly targets. Briefly explain about the product, selling techniques, how to use company application and other related tasks.

After 6 Months of continuous achievements company promoted me as Retail Manager/Area Sales Manager. In this role I was managing distributors and sub distributors for product availability at retail end and all retail related task and achievements. In my last working months in this company, I was ranked No 1 Asm in Pakistan by achieving both primary and secondary sales .
