Senior Drilling Supervisor at Capital Drilling

-Manage a crew consists of 110 personal includes drillers, trainee drillers, driller assistants, RDT technicians, and QAQC personal,
-Ensure the highest utilization of drill rigs is meet all time according to the availablity of drilling plan in safe manner,
-Preform a daily toolbox meeting with crew to ensure the safety hazards, safety topic and the drilling plan is well understood by all personal,
-Supervise daily drilling activities and RDT workshop, include all consumables movements and all preventive changes during the day to achieve high utilization with acceptable CPM by avoiding any breakage or damage downtime,
-Represent the company in the client morning meeting to discuss safety incidents, hazards, last 24hr drilling, and the daily drilling plan based on the availability of drilling ground and blasting sequence,
-Represent the company in the daily void mangement meeting, to get information available about the pit voids and probe drilling plan for the day after discussing the last 24hrs probe drilling resualts,
-Conduct risk assessment for drilling in\around known voids or underground stopes and drives,
-Preform weekly safety meeting with the participation of HSE officer to discuss the previous week incidents, hazards and to raise and discuss any unsafe act and the weekly safety topic as well,
-Conduct a JSEA With the participation of supervisors for any unusual job or to update the exist JSEA with any new condition,
-Helping training dept. to apply the training stratgy and to generate SWPs for drilling job,
-Communicate during the day with the maintenence supervisor to apply the service schedule and to manage the fleet breakdowns and priorites,
- Manage RDT workshop to apply the required usage and to achieve the minimum RDT cost per meter,
-Generate a training stratgy with supervisor for upskill drillers and to train new drillers,
-Conduct a mid year and end of year JDAP meeting with each individual to discuss performance, abilities, and weakness.

Production Engineer at Capital Drilling

- Preform tool box meeting with crew before work to show guys all shift requirements, plan, and hazards handed by the other crew,
- applying risk assessment and hazard identification with crew to minimize the risk prior any job,
- Supervising Drilling jobs safety and quality to achieve the require target for the client,
- Help with investigation for any production related incidents and help to get contribution factors and apply corrective actions,
- Preparing reports daily/ weekly / monthly about drilling activities include progress happened and the overall performance, and discussing them with the client and give justifications about any lack if exists,
- Performing Daily / weekly meetings with the progress and plans, communicate the client during the day for and extra requirements and changes of plans.
- Generating plan for the next 24 hrs with the client based on availability of drilling rigs and suitability of drilling locations,
- Working on night shift to supervise and mange night shift drilling activities and to make sure the client’s plan is applied
- Control and manage all drilling tools and consumables usage, include reports about the daily and monthly usage and cost per meter,
- Mange RDT workshop to apply the required usage and to achieve the minimum
RDT cost per meter.
- Monitoring drillers performance daily / monthly to keep drilling operations in high quality and to define any training needed to help getting higher performance.
