• Ensure the facilities are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with relevant regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures related to facilities management.
• Plan and schedule regular maintenance and repair activities for the total facility systems including HVAC,
Fire-fighting, lighting, Housekeeping, Security, Pest Control, Landscaping
• Coordinate with maintenance staff and external contractors to carry out necessary repairs and upgrades.
• Develop and manage the facility's budget, including expenses for maintenance, repairs, and
improvements.
• Determine and negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for facility performance and expenses.
• Obtaining the full recruitment cycle from filtering, selecting, and conducting interviews with candidates.
• Recruiting expats and fully onboarding them.
• Handling GR tasks such as ( exit re-entry visas, Iqama renewals, GOSI, etc.. )
• Issuing salary certificates.
• Extracting attendance record reports and performing disciplinary actions according to Saudi Labor Law.
• Analyzing payroll and overtime reports.
• Handling the off-boarding process (end-of-service benefits).
• Establishing a greater database for all employees from scratch.
