Heading the Supply chain activities for the Hospital opening and operations.

Manage the entire procurement department (Pharmaceutical, medical equipment/supplies, lab diagnostic, services, general procurement) for hospital Commissioning.

Manage and develop a strategic initiatives within the Pharmaceuticals and Medical Equipment category for Hospital Activation and operation.

Manage the procurement operations that results in timely material availability within pricing, service quality guidelines in order to support hospital operation.

Daily monitoring on the availability of needed drugs & non-medical supplies.

Regular follow up to ensure availability of Life-saving drugs and critical supplies and communicating to Logistics in a timely manner to prevent urgent shortages.

Monitor non-moving and nearly expiring drugs on monthly basis and preparing a report on all nearly expired formulary & non-formulary drugs and take necessary action to minimize drug wastage.
