Education Unit across sites.
· Acting as a Coach for all Saudi employees categorized under termination and suspension (
Retention expert for the Saudi employees)
· Designed and delivered innovative modules for female staff within Nesma and Partners.
· Part of the strategic workforce to come up with innovative ideas to attract, develop and retain the
best Saudi talent in Nesma and Partners.
· Acting as an internal consultant to give advice of training at different Training Centers ( Nesma
Training Institute, Dhahran) and( Nesma Training Center, Jeddah)
· Organized annual T&D forums within Nesma group to share best practice in Workplace Learning
and Development field.

Strengthened employee engagement in Nesma and Partners resulting in employee satisfaction
Moving from 2.5 to 4 (out of 5), and 50% lower attrition
Designed HR Balanced Scorecard and ER Framework
Designed and developed Competence Assessment and Development Center, Management
Development Programs, LDP framework and Leadership competencies
Designed Mentoring Plan for leadership teams.
