· To analyze each department's training needs and developed new training programs based on
analysis.

ADDITIONAL ROLE
· Acting as a SPOC for all Technical and Non-technical training requests from different Nesma and
Partners project sites ( Riyadh Metro and Jabal Omar)
· Coordinating with Training assistants regarding the smooth functioning of the Training and
Education Unit across sites.
· Acting as a Coach for all Saudi employees categorized under termination and suspension (
Retention expert for the Saudi employees)
· Designed and delivered innovative modules for female staff within Nesma and Partners.
· Part of the strategic workforce to come up with innovative ideas to attract, develop and retain the
best Saudi talent in Nesma and Partners.
· Acting as an internal consultant to give advice of training at different Training Centers ( Nesma
Training Institute, Dhahran) and( Nesma Training Center, Jeddah)
· Organized annual T&D forums within Nesma group to share best practice in Workplace Learning
and Development field.
KEY ACHIEVEMENTS
Strengthened employee engagement in Nesma and Partners resulting in employee satisfaction
Moving from 2.5 to 4 (out of 5), and 50% lower attrition
Designed HR Balanced Scorecard and ER Framework
Designed and developed Competence Assessment and Development Center, Management
Development Programs, LDP framework and Leadership competencies
Designed Mentoring Plan for leadership teams.
Designed and implemented post training activities for which appreciation was received from the
Sr. Management

· On an annual basis carry out a Training Needs Analysis for Nesma and Partners and with the
support of the Group HR Manager, put together a training plan.
· Source or develop and deliver appropriate training within budget.
· Arrange training courses with relevant personnel including inviting attendees, ensuring room set-up
is complete and obtaining feedback from participants.
· Provide induction training to all new starters.

· Drafted adverts and ensured that these are placed to achieve maximum exposure within
budget (eg Press/States Website/Window/Counter etc.)
· Ensure all applicants are responded to within the appropriate timescales.
· Shortlisted candidates and took part in interviews as required, liaising with Construction
Managers and Area Managers as necessary.
· Undertake referencing of successful candidates

• Worked with the Personnel Unit Head to optimize Personnel policies and procedures
which provided for efficient and effective administration, appropriate and consistent
treatment of staff, and ensure compliance with the labor law
• Coordinated with the Personnel Unit Head to solve any problems occurred.
• Coordinated with the H.R Coordinators concerning all related issues to timesheets whether
revised/final exit/vacation or missing timesheets
• Distributed all official documents (passports/ tickets & re-entry visas) to all sites ahead of the
leave date of the employee.
