Manage Basra call center site with my team under my supervision containing 7 team leaders leading total staff about 100 employees, follow daily tasks and evaluate TLs performance, make interviews with new candidates, monitoring staff performance, with work on many interfaces and applications, outlook, MS office, CX billing, CRM, ERP, DNA, ADM and Teleopti WFM
Leading and monitoring team contains from 10 employees and working on PC's maintenance, also transfer complaints to related depts. by outlook to solve it
Worked as agent in call center, my job is answering customers calls and guide them to the right way for their complaints and solve their problems
working on e-mails of company and working on tenders for others company and translate the main requirments, also worked with the chef to transfer money from bank to and vise virsa
IT adminestrator in internet cafe and worked as Admin by leading the work during the rest and off day of the chef and working on maintenance of the cafe PC's from hardware and software
Teaching students and people who are want to study and improve themself in software of PC and in internet and windows, also teaching the ofice aplications (word, excel, power point).
