• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls of SME customers to respond to their requests.
• Resolve problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, and following up.
• Update own awareness of all the services and products provided by the company.
• Communicate positively with all involved parties in order to facilitate customer's reception of the expected distinguished service.
• Reviewing the accounts of companies to ensure the validity of their financial records.
• Collecting, checking and analyzing spreadsheet data.
• Examining company accounts and financial control systems.
• Preparing reports, Financial Statements and calculating tax payment and returns
o Responsibilities:
Training in the customer service department and how to deal with customers of the bank.
Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
Filled ATM cards applications.
Completed the data filling for customers.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
Handle and resolve customer complaints.
Perform customer verification.
Manage customers' accounts.
Process orders, forms, applications and requests.
• Keep in contact with existing customers in person and by telephone.
• Promote new products and any special offers.
• Schedule appointments to meet new and existing customers.
