I have solid experience in Accounts Payable, leading and overseeing the end-to-end AP operations with a team of six. I manage relationships with more than 1, 300 suppliers across different categories, including CAPEX, OPEX, Commercial, IT, Marketing, and Real Estate. I prepare and execute weekly payment plans to ensure smooth operations while safeguarding the company’s liquidity.

I manage cash flow to meet short-term liabilities and support departments in resolving supplier issues, building strong partnerships that keep the business running effectively. My role also covers reviewing monthly bank reconciliations, identifying and clearing discrepancies, and overseeing VAT and withholding tax submissions.

In addition, I work closely with other departments to book accrual expenses, and I regularly review the trial balance to ensure all postings are accurate and aligned with the correct GL accounts
