Handle accounting tasks related to Fees Collection, petty cash, A/R and A/P, Ensuring accuracy, speed and efficiency, oversaw collection of all outstanding fees in system.
•Monitor school business transaction activity and liaise with school staff to develop comprehensive understanding of school business requirements in order to recommend accounting policy and process changes to improve the operational efficiency and financial control of school accounts.
•Monitored day to day operations relating to follow up on outstanding payments and expense and prepare monthly report revenue and expenses.
•Examine collection reports to determine status and recommend changes in current collection practices and policies increase profit accordingly.
Participate in stock counts and physical verification of property, plant and equipment in all branches and warehouses of company.
•Assist in the development, maintenance, implementation and review of the internal audit work program and audit plan and reporting.
•Perform audits through sampling, system review and data analysis and evaluate the compliance to controls, policies, laws and regulations.
•Identify control weaknesses or process improvement opportunities and initiate workable solutions.
•Document and file work papers and audit procedures performed.
