all production lines in both factories, aluminum division, carpentry division, and Metal fabrication division.
• Strategic plans to maintain all works running smoothly.
•Maintain all projects cost within their budgets.
•Coordination in between all departments, production dep, store dep, purchasing dep, installation department, to avoid any shortage in raw materials.
•Improving the whole factory process to increase the work capacity.
•Factory developing including machines, manpower, products, etc
•Supporting the department of sales for all technical explanations.
•Attending all required meetings, managements, clients, suppliers.
all production lines in Carpentry division, Metal division, Powder Coating division.
•Checking, reviewing the material requirement (BOM) list for projects.
•Guiding & distributing job responsibility to the people within the department.
•Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule;
•Ensuring that the production is cost effective;
•Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality;
•Working out the human and material resources needed;
•Drafting a timescale for the job;
•Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed;
•Being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment;
•Coordinating among different departments, e.g. technical, purchase, store, etc.
•Working with managers to implement the company's policies and goals;
•Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed;
•Supervising and motivating a team of workers;

•Identifying training needs.
