*** Health and safety and environment (HSE) :
o Perform all tasks related to the safety of students, administrative and educational staff as well as visitors, auditors and contractors with the school administration.
o Completion of all safety requirements according to the requirements of the Ministry of Education
*** Facility Management ( FM).
o Supervising the management of the site, which includes the development of the plan of periodic maintenance and preventive and processing contracts and communication with customers and suppliers in addition to overseeing the purchases of the site.
o Supervising maintenance staff and cleaning staff and follow up their work.
o Supervising school security staff and surveillance cameras.
o Develop solutions that will ensure the continuity of the efficiency of the site.
o Supervising Waste Management in site .
*** Services Officer ***
* Supervise the school's maintenance, cleaning, and Security staff. These duties include coordination of staff's: professional growth, accountability, scheduling and teamwork.
* Inspect school facilities for the purpose of ensuring that the facilities are suitable for safe operations, and maintained in an attractive and clean condition.
* Coordinate the purchasing of Furniture and Equipment related to the operation of the school.
* Estimate the time and materials costs of proposed projects for the purpose of informing budgeting, planning and accountability of actual project costs.
* Planning, scheduling and overseeing routine preventative maintenance tasks on roofs, HVAC, and water equipment.
* Coordinate appropriate facilities set-up, arrangement and technical equipment for a variety of activities (special events, guest speakers, pep rallies, athletic events).
*** (HSE) ***
* Assist in compliance reviews, general risk assessments and other safety assessments to support Health, Safety and management in the school.
* Maintain relevant HSE logs and documentation.
* Assist in the compliance of applicable laws and regulations.
* Prepare applicable HSE reports as necessary.
* Provide assistance and advice on HSE issues to make recommendations to school facility management.
*Participate in detailed incident investigations and Root Cause Analysis
* Promote incident prevention for the benefit of employees and Students.
* Assist in the development and presentation of relevant HSE training to Students and Employees.
* Observe HSE regulations, wears all required safety equipment, encourages safe working practices, corrects obvious hazards immediately or reports them to the school Principal.
* Walk around the school premises on a regular basis to establish HSE presence and provide support.
* Conduct daily and monthly HSE Meetings/Trainings and schedule as needed.
* Write, implement, and manage HSE Programs, Policies and Procedures
* Perform facility HSE Inspections.
* Ability to oversee Hazardous Waste Storage area and ensure regulatory agency compliance i.e. labeling, containment, proper disposal, documentation, etc.
* Assist in emergency response and provide first aid treatment. •
* Oversee Behavior Based / Observation Safety Programs.
* Help develop Job Hazard Analysis (JHA)
* Follow Fall Protection program, inspect all fall protection equipment and maintain inspection records.
*** Transportation ***
* Coordinates and oversees the routing, scheduling and daily transportation services and assures compliance with time schedules and applicable laws, codes, rules and regulations.
* Oversees the daily operations of the dispatch office; monitors two-way radios of District buses, District security and contract company radios for bus problems, lateness and accidents.
* Supervises, and evaluates the performance of assigned staff including bus drivers and Bus Attendants.
* Plans the effective and efficient development of bus routes; monitors routes daily and makes necessary adjustments for overloads, lateness and related problems.
* Oversees the assigning of driver overtime, field trips, athletic events and special events to drivers in accordance with established guidelines; coordinates time off for bus drivers; arranges for substitutes as necessary.
* Communicates with school staff, administrators, and parents and outside agencies to exchange information, coordinate activities and resolve issues, concerns and questions regarding transportation services, student behavioral problems and special accommodations for students.
* Receives and responds to inquiries concerning routing and other transportation questions; continuously surveys the existing transportation program for safety, service costs and areas in need of improvement;
* Advises the School Principal of needs involving safety and legal matters.

* Attracting manpower and arranging interviews for them and exam.

* Provide suitable accommodation with coordination with the housing officer.
* Follow up the supply of furniture for the housing of staff.
* Follow-up maintenance related to staff accommodation.
* Organize and audit staff files.
* Follow-up with the Human Resources Department to complete the recruitment procedures.
* Coordinating with the PRO to ensure that the residency is completed.
* Coordinate with the financial administration to ensure salaries are paid and any problems solved.
* Supervising the performance of employees, reporting on the observations received and evaluating the level of service.
* Follow-up cases of absence and provide the appropriate alternative.
* Preparation and approval of completion records.
* Follow-up the issuance and registration of invoices on the system.
*** Administrative Assistant and Secretary ***
* Answering and recording calls.
* Internal communication between departments and Centers.
* Communicate with companies, schools and other.
* Organize meetings and record meeting.
* Receive and record observations and complaints.
* Coordination of the Manager agenda.
* Archiving files electronically.
* Contract organization, review and audit.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Telephone marketing and E-marketing for training courses.
* Registration of trainees' data and booking confirmation.
* Reservation of halls in hotels.
* Coordination and printing of Course materials.
* Introducing the trainee’s data on the system.
* Printing certificates of participation in training courses.
* Communicate with trainers and coordinate training courses.
* Follow-up collection of fees from trainees.
* Office administrative work.
* Check computers and connect with network and solve any problems.
* Installation of programs on computers according to the requirements of the Ministry of Education.
* Follow-up data entry on the Eduwave portal.
* Supervising the school quota within the computer lab.
* Implementation of training programs for students on the use of computers.
* Design of school brochures.
* Follow up the school's Social media website.
* Other administrative work related to the school.
