• Manage HR aspects in the company, which has 1, 200 employees.
• Follow up, support and manage 10 employees, including human resources
specialists and representatives of government relations and legal affairs.
• Manage and follow up the workflow in relation to: leaves, clearances,
covenants, employee files, salary scales, and vehicles.
• Manage government platforms processes such as (Absher, Moqem, Labor Office, Qiwa, Madad, Chamber of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce, Social Insurance, Baladi, Tarn).
• Follow up and resolve commercial and labor issues.
• Supervise medical insurance and car insurance.
• Process employee requests, and manage recruitment and selection.
• Supervise workflow for government relations and employment contracts.
• Carry out administrative investigation tasks, assess employees performance,
and solve problems and conflicts in the work environment.
• Issue administrative circulars, and monitor attendance and departure.
• Manage all aspects of human resources in the company.
• Oversee: Medical insurance, government platforms (Moqeem, Ministry of Commerce, Chamber of Commerce, Baladi, Qiwa, labor office, Madad, Social Insurance, Tarn).
• Design job descriptions, and organizational structure.
• Prepare salary scales, and protect wages.
• Issue circulars, monitor attendance and leaving, and make clearances.
• Prepare job offers and employment contracts, carry out all stages of employment, and schedule employee vacations.
• Manage Human resources in the company, which has a staff of 900 delivery
agents.
• Responsible for government platforms (Moqeem, Tarn, Najez, Ministry of • ELS Commerce, Chamber of Commerce, Labor Office, Social Insurance, Baladi).
- Advocate for the company in the amicable settlement of the Labor Office and
in the Labor Court.
• Organize employee files, prepare payroll, and monitor attendance and
leaving.
• Manage various aspects of human resources in the company.
• Monitor attendance and leave, and follow up on government platforms (Moqeem, Ministry of Commerce, Chamber of Commerce, Baladi, Labor O2ce, Social Insurance).
• Participate in preparing content for social media platforms and conduct
media interviews.
