•Handling Compensations for over 1000 employees of Office, Retail &Warehouse employees across the territory, liaising between Finance & Human Resources departments.
•Conduct regular analysis over employee attendance reports and reported attendance issues to the appropriate manager.
•Responsible for maintaining payroll related records including the accumulation and use of vacations, holidays, sick days, and miscellaneous leaves of absence.
•Responsible of maintaining discipline and productivity databases along with employee files.
•Preparing service certificates, salary certificates, letters to banks and other letters requested by employees after obtaining necessary authorization.
•Ensure implementation of robust process during resignation/ termination and all requirements are fulfilled to process settlements, including preparation of Full & Final settlement, Leave pay settlement (Reports and Cheques).
•Attend to inquiries from employees regarding Compensations and employee benefits.
•Attend disputes meetings arranged by Ministry of Labour with plaintiff employees.
•Meet regularly with audit teams (internally, Externally) to ensure compliance within all transactions & records.
•Conduct Monthly retail store visits and attend the issues of the employees on the spot, consolidating a monthly progress reports & managing solution.
