Assist Director of Campus Operations to set a strategy that supports the smooth operation of the institute and ensure that it working in synergy with other LVSA institutes
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the institute
Responsible to coordinate with the relevant stakeholders including suppliers, faculty, employees, trainees for running the institute efficiently
Responsible for dealing with local contractors to ensure services are provided in a timely and cost effective manner
Set and implement initiatives that are cascades from the LVSA campus-operations wide strategy
Oversees the institute’s operational budget & ensures that budget goals are met on a yearly basis.
Plan and oversee the implementation of the housing services provided for faculty and employees to ensure that all requirements are met.
Responsible towards getting the supplies, materials, services, an institute needs to operate or expand. This often involves dealing with suppliers and creating partnerships
Responsible to evaluate the effectiveness of operation within the campus
The Facilities Coordinator reports to the Campus Operations Manager and is responsible to manage the institute facilities. The candidate is responsible for the effective operations of these instates in terms of maintenance, security, health & safety, supplies and others.
Essential Job Functions
• Responsible for the day-to-day logistics of operating the institute facilities
• Responsible to schedule maintenance, respond to urgent maintenance calls, testing building security plans
• Meet the requirements of government permits and quality assurance
• Reviewing furniture needs and keeping the office supply
• Work in an administrative assistant capacity in addition to maintenance coordination as and when required
