-- 1-Developing philosophy, guidelines, policies and techniques of costs and financial accounting, and ensuring that cost &revenues of transference represent a part of the plan operations.
- 2-Developing prices of transference in coordination with different affiliates.
- 3-Giving opinion and providing analysis to affiliates with regards to classification and treatment of the budget items and P&L in administrative reports.
- 4-Supervising daily entries and carrying them forward to the G.L. of the H.O.
- 5-Preparing tax account and exceptional obligations, completing tax reports as required and supervise paying taxes to financial institutions.
- 6-Improving instruments and guidelines of the investment analysis.
- 7-Negotiating with sectors based on current administrative goals.
- 8-Preparing and presenting financial analysis and financial support to the Board members.
- 9-Develops management, narrative, and statistical reports for private and government donors.

Duties&responsibilities are:
1-Developing philosophy, guidelines, policies and techniques of costs and financial accounting.
2-Providing analysis&giving opinions to affiliates with regards to classifications&treatment of the budget items and P&L .
3-supervising accounting entries of H.O.
4-Preparing tax reports.
5-Improving instruments and guidelines of the investment analysis.
6-Consolidating the financial planning of affiliates and H.O.
7-Preparing&presenting the consolidates budget plan.
8-Negotiating with sectors based on current administrative goals.
9-Preparing &presenting financial analysis and financial support to the B.O.D.
10-Develops management, narrative, and statistical reports for private and government donors.
11-Developing prices of transference in coordination with different affiliates.
12-Preparing and suggestion policies and procedures related to cash liquidity.
13-Manage cash flow statements including expected requirements of banks and their timing.
: Building up internal Audit Department for all the group companies, updating the current costing system, reviewing the current internal control policies and procedures and supervising the Department staff.
- Review internal control system, developing accounting system, review procedures related to risk assessment, implementing costing system and developing management information system .
Supervising the financial control division activities, staff, preparing the bank’s annual budget and its periodic follow-up, reviewing the bank’s activities, reporting to Central Bank of Egypt and Head Office, control over bank’s General ledger accounts, coordinating with external auditors, Developing the internal control systems and supervising the bank tax relations with the tax authority, attending tax exams, negotiation with internal committee and preparing the required reports to objective committee and coordinating with tax officers and tax consultants.
