Working as Production quality specialist in GEMTEC Dammam, Saudi Arabia. GEMTEC is a GE world class facility provides services for gas turbines for Clients in the Middle East and North Africa.
Quality and Lead time is what differentiating GEMTEC in this dynamics industry.
Manage services for gas turbines at GEMTEC facility in Dammam in compliance to organizational policies and procedures and other statutory regulations.
Assess non-conformances and implement quality improvement projects accordingly. Conduct root cause analysis for resolving cost of poor quality.
Conduct internal audits for QMS and Technical Procedures and implement effective remedial measures based on identified deviations.

Interacted with the quality technicians and Project Manager for preparing & implementing quality plans and ensuring effective implementation of quality control systems for accomplishing organizational quality parameters.
Assessed quality testing and inspection procedures followed by developing test plans and documenting quality test results in required formats.
