Joined the company as computer engineer, and achieved career progression within the company, with promotion as Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
• Making significant contributions in handling a portfolio of fixed communication infrastructure projects and instrumental in tracking project objectives, resource loading, and timelines.
• Supporting project executives on multiple projects and assignments with primary focus on superior service delivery that matches and exceeds customer expectations, while reporting to the Implementation Manager.
• Overseeing and mentoring staff of Implementation Team; supporting functions to ensure the project is delivered within the parameters set.
• Managing the customer, supplier base and stakeholder relationship, representing the company in meetings and ensuring that expectations are properly set and that there is appropriate communication around budgets, schedules and deliverables.
• Communicating project status reports to the customer and executive leadership team including risk assessments, variations and mitigation plans
• Demonstrating a proactive focus on meeting client and project requirements in a timely and cost effective manner and working towards achieving/exceeding major milestones.
• Managing all phases of project lifecycle including planning and controlling of project activities and finances; tracking and reporting as well as deliverables are of the highest quality without jeopardizing schedule and budget.
• Serving as the main client interface on projects, helping to clarify requirements, and managing expectations to success the projects.
• Working in an independent fashion, solving problems, making decisions, and communicating effectively in difficult situations in addition to ensuring compliance with Governance frameworks and methodology processes and procedure
