QA/QC Coordinator /engineer, preparing all required QA/QC documents for any plane to implement activity starting with writing Inspection Test Plan ( ITP), check list (CHL), issuing a notice for inspection (NOI), supervising the test and fill the test results then then create a dossiers for each system and sub-system to save all these test results, notices, reference documents & drawings, attachments lists of equipment or installations that tested, all prior to hand over. Also closed any Nonconformance reports (NCR) or Site Quality Notice (SQN). Also take action toward any modification to make it match/ compliance with standards and specifications by preparing all the required documents to be submitted for approval depending on the type of the modification discipline. Also prepare any concession request or Technical Query (TQ), follow up any punch list to close all items.

Participates in construction of 70 water treatment plants in the regions of south and middle of Iraq near center
Responsible of 8 Engineers 3 mechanical, 3 civil & 2elec. Our job is construction of 10 water treatment plants the work include civil, mech. & elec.
My accomplishments are install and set the water compact unit and operate it making all the wire connection and power connection and test the controller panels which was PLC and consist of microprocessor controlled board and a software for the hierarchy/sequence of operations of water treatment by compact unite and timing of each operation
And I make all the setting of timing and protections and some of these unites when delivered to sites was not work properly and need to be reprogrammed and some was defected and I take care of all by reprogramming it after we get the software from the PLC's that work properly and download it on the PLC's that need to be programmed and fix the defected ones
Also I found many manufacturing faults/errors that not match our environments or not using unsuitable parts that not compatible with water treatment operation and some operations are done wrongly or redundant and I list all these faults and e-mail it to the manufacturer
I complete the work with in time schedule and according to drawings and standard and safety plan I work in many locations in different governorates, in Najaf, Karbala and in Muthana and here I install units with R.O, also I work in Qadisyah, Basra and here I install all with R.O Unites which is more complicated
The work include using Autocad and many electrical and mechanichel softwars to calculate elctrical&mechanical loads and water flow and so

Responsible of 5 engineers, 1 Civil, 2 Mech., 2elec, My duty is was rehabilitation of 20 primary lift station and 6 intermediate low lift sewage stations and one main sewage treatment station in Hamdan industrial district in Basra
My accomplishments in this period is that I make the setting of many ultrasonic level detector used to detect the level of sewage in the main manhole that sewage collected in and according to operate one or two or three submersible pumps, and I programmed this ultrasonic level detector to work properly as per data and assessment I make for each station
Also I make the setting of all the protection relays in the control panel of the submersible pumps and we use float switches for level detection and these send signal to microprocessor controller connected in the control panel of the submersible pumps responsible to run one or two or even three pumps to discharge sewage to main or intermediate station
Also I make the setting of the stand by Generators Perkins Trade Mark; which was set up by LCD screen display to input all data that control the function and the threshold for speed and Temp. of oil and water and coolant system and so
I complete the work with in time schedule with problems and all was as per international standards and safety plan
th work include using many Instruments for commissioning and test and measurments like Insualtion tester and R.P.M laser instrument and network analyser and clamp meter and phase sequence tester and motor rotation teste and so

I was responsible of supervising the work of trench excavation and make it in the right route then placing layer of sand and then placing the cable and bury it with sand to be surround the cable and then back filling with structural materials and make all cable end joint by optic fibers welding and then insulate it to be bury under ground and continue extending the cable.

Project Manger Responsible for all reconstruction and rehabilitation operations in the sweet water canal pump station #1 ( work was very critical since we have to keep pump water to Basra city with enough capacity for people and at the same time we have to keep reconstruction/refurbishing work for pump station
The work include refurbishing 14 electrical Pumps of 270 HP Motors and 4 L.V (i.e. 400 volt) 1.25 MVA generators and 2 H.V (i.e. 11 KV) 1.25 MVA generators and Installation of 14 E-M starter (i.e. Δ-Y starter) for motors and computerized MCC panel with 1600 Amp. manual change over switches used fro exchange between generators, and Installation of 6 incomers 11KV computerized switch gear used to switch between the two H.V stand by Generators and the power utility incomers and I mean by computerize that all protection and status displaying and all operating parameters was PLC type ALSTOM
My assignment was install and set all set points and operate all kinds of control panels for motors and Generators after make all assessment and calculations that I need for set the protection relays inside each panel and I complete the assignment with in the time schedule and with out problems or errors and I enter data for the computerized panels some times manually and other times via a lap top using a specified software CD. Also I accomplish a modification for the protection system for one of generators which was computerized that wasn't work properly due to problem in the software that we couldn't down load or open the system to have it or get it any where because it was old version so I modified the protection system of the generator and I design and install external solid state printed board to function as protection (i.e. high temp., low oil pressure, ..) and it works properly with out any problems .The work was in very dangerous area near Marshes where looters and kidnapping tribes are live

Also reverse engineering for a lot of electronic boards (solid state and computerize) that used in monitoring the operation and send status signals to control room and my work was to rebuilt these boards as PCB and operate it and then install in where it has to be in a certain panel in control room, and that was for Hartha power utility
Also I fix and maintenance and set and reinstall and operate the controller and protector and monitor of 11kV secondary/substation that control the open/close of 11KV C.B and monitor its function and display all corresponding reading and show it on meters and monochrome LCD and control and set and operate all the protection relays, that was in Um Qacer cement milling factory
