Project: - Construction of more than 180 km of Pipelines, Well Heads Hook ups and Connections inside DGS's in Zubair Oil field (Call Off Project)
Role & Responsibilities: -
1- Set up planning and reporting procedures, and leading Site Project Control team for the projects in title.
2- Cooperation with the project management team to support decision making and solving issues with client.
3- Preparation, and Submission of invoices to client in monthly basis.
4- Preparation, monitoring and up-dating Time Schedules using Primavera P6.
5- Preparation of Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports.
6- Preparation and up-dating of S-Curves and Progress Measurement System.
Project: Construction of 3 Gas Turbine Generators (84 Mega Watt) & 2 Gas Compressors in Rumaila & Zubair Oil Fields. My responsibilities as following; -
Role & Responsibilities: -
1- Establish Site Planning office, for gathering and reporting required information to regional HQ.
2- Preparation, monitoring and up-dating Time Schedules using Primavera P6, and Progress Measurement System.
3- Preparation, and monitoring of Manpower and Equipment Histogram Plan vs Actual.
4- Preparation of Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Report.
5- Up-dating and following the progress of punch items & ITR’s for the per-commissioning & commissioning stages.
Project: Construction of Green & Brown Oil Facilities including New CPF (200, 000 Barrel per Day), Up-grade of existing DGS, Pipelines & Well Pads in Majnoon Oil Field.
Role & Responsibilities: -
1- Monitoring sub-contractors' progress through meetings, site visits, and review their documents including (Reports, Schedules, & etc)
2- Preparation of Time Schedules using Primavera P6 & MS Project.
3- Preparation of Daily and Weekly Report of Majnoon Oil Field.
4- Preparation of Progress Measurement System, S-Curves, and Manpower/Equipment Histograms.
Project: Construction of 6 Gas Vessel pits
Role & Responsibilities: -
1- Represent the company in meetings with Client & Sub-contractors.
2- Supervision Civil Work including installation of Sheet Piles, Excavation, & concrete pouring.
3- Preparation of Daily & Weekly reports.
4- Preparation of Work Method Statements.
Project: Construction of Water Treatment Plant
Roles & Responsibilities: -
1- Supervision the construction of staff and support buildings
2- Coordinate with sub-contractors
3- Preparation of RFI’s and supported documents
4- Preparation of Daily, & Weekly reports
