Accomplishments:
• Concurrently handled responsibilities as Director, Editing manager: Life and Health \[Medical TV Program for KBC Channel\]/ Director: Professionals Studio \[Sport TV program for KBC channel\]/ Director: Voice of Freedom \[Documenter for ENTV\].
• Participated and recognized for several acts of volunteering with USAID including USAID Community Engagement Project (USAID CEP)
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing business, technical and creative issues surrounding the production and operational standards. Overseeing all editing of program productions.
• Researching, directing, writing, reporting and editing topics and background information for the topics to be broadcasted on the program.
• Coordinating with production, technical, creative and other studio personnel to present a quality show so as to achieve the channel objectives and thus enhance the financial bottom-line.

• Generating monthly and long term channel schedules, as per SOP; ensuring that all schedules are sent out to all business units as per agreed deadlines issued.
• Dealing with daily cue sheet & commercial transmission schedule. Handling video QC produced to the TV in accordance to broadcast standard.
• Adhering to established quality standards and managing production teams to on-schedule, on-budget delivery of video products and shows.
• Responsible for the communication of Scheduling-related information to all departments while strictly adhering to strict scheduling and repeat patterns and additionally managed the broadcast playlist.
• Responding technical transmission problems and notifying duty engineers or Operations Supervisors and to maintain all required logs.
• Demonstrating extensive knowledge of all facets of broadcast operations, including broadcast production, technical operations, and scheduling.
