I Work as Payroll Administrator for +1100 Employees. I’m using Oracle system that processes all HR Requirements and prepare everything related to the employees such as Annual leaves, reports, benefits and financial dues. additionally, I prepare the cost report and update everything in the database for employees. I’m also involved in preparing and reviewing payroll reports before uploading it to the bank.
I Worked as store keeper, I’m fully in charge of the PPE & Special Materials like Power tools for receiving and issuing the materials, Make weekly Report by using Excel, also I Make order for Materials Inspection Request (MIR) For QA/QC, and I make updates for Incoming/Outgoing by using Ms. Excel and Zoho (SAP), I Coordinate with the supplier regarding any Disputes on their Deliveries.
