Roles :
- To develop project management standards and processes and provide support and consultation to PMO’S & projects manager to make sure that all transformation projects & programs are delivered with high quality on timely matter .
- To Develop and execute project management processes to implemented various initiatives conducted as part of the Program .
- To Develop project management standards based on industry best practices.
- To Track progress and performance of the project portfolio and to Provide input in prioritization of projects and allocation of resources as well as Regularly reporting progress of initiatives to Top Management.
- To Provide expertise to plan and manage projects and to Continuously review the scope for improvement in strategic project management processes and project performance.
- To Recommend improvements to departmental procedure and direct the implementation of instructions and controls covering program activity.
- To Provide adequate resources and expertise on site to ensure the effective supervision, monitoring and control of the work being undertaken to ensure full compliance with all project management processes.
Working in Saudia Transformation department which is responsible about implementing the new saudia strategy (SV2020). My role as a Business Transformation Specialist is including working as project manager responsible about managing different projects from project management presepctive. In addtion to that, create new initiatives in different weak business areas aims to optimise, cost reduction, increase efficiency or increase revenues.
