متابعة الموردين وتطوير اداء كل مورد والكميات المطلوبة.
تحديد وتقسيم الاعمال على مجموعة العمل وقياس الاداء لكل فرد.
متابعة الاعمال اللوجستية لاتمام عمليات الشراء والاستيراد بشكل سليم.
وضع سياسات التسعير لكل براند ومقارنته بمنافسه في السوق لخلق بيئة تنافسية.
ترتيب اولويات الشراء على مستوى المنتج وعلى مستوى المورد.
استقطاب ومتابعة شركات الشحن والتنسيق مع الموردين لاتمام العمليات الشرائية.
استقطاب ومتابعة شركات التخليص الجمركي.
تجهيز وترتيب المستندات لاتمام عمليات التخليص من شهادات ( سابر ،ساسو الخ).
متابعة المستحقات المالية لكل مقدم خدمة سواء كان شحن ام تخليص مع الادارة المالية.
متابعة الموردين ومتابعة المستحقات المالية لكل مورد مع الادارة المالية.
اتمام التقارير ومناقشتها مع المدير المباشر.
تحليل اداء الموردين ومعرفة نقاط قوة وضعف كل مورد.
التفاوض مع الموردين لاتمام العمليات الشرائية.
ايجاد بدائل اخرى لمصادر التوريد.
In charge of the branch sales process.
In charge of the workers achievement and stimulated them to improve them performance.
In charge of the market fluctuation (by studding the market growth and drop).
Organizing the goods to attract the customers.
Data entry (by issuing the invoices and collecting the money).
Archiving the document process.
Following with the financial department to be sure that all the payments done (by revising
the daily cash statement).
Reporting all the results to the Branch Manager to be updated.
In charge of the branch sales process.
In charge of the workers achievement and stimulated them to improve them performance.
Ensure the safety of the general environment for the workers.
In charge of the store process.
In charge of the market fluctuation (by studding the market growth and drop).
Organizing the goods to attract the customers.
Data entry (by issuing the invoices and collecting the money).
Archiving the document process.
Following with the financial department to be sure that all the payments done (by revising
the daily cash statement).
Visit the competitors and check them sales prices.
Search for sales opportunity(by facilities from the executive manager or get some partner
ship with a competitor).
Follow with the sales representative to ensure that the plane is done.
Reporting all the results to the Executive Managers to be updated.
