• Checking and approving wedding, maternity, unpaid, pilgrimage leaves in timely and accurate manner.
• Check sick leaves by comparing the taken days from Oracle system by the approved medical reports.
• Keep records of staff returning from maternity leave & unpaid leave ensuring full adherence to work policies and vacations.
• Prepare vacation report quarterly bank wide.
• Prepare yearly sick leave report in order to support accurate profit share distribution.
• Monitor all excess vacations (annual & sick) to support further decision making.
• Calculate the unpaid leaves & new hires leave days adjustment.
• Follow all relevant department policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
• Follow the day to day operations related to own jobs in the compensation & benefit department to ensure continuity of work.
• Comply with all relevant CBE regulations, banking laws, AML regulations and internal CIB policies and code of conduct in order to maintain CIBs sound legal position and mitigate any potential risks
• Support for undergraduate admission.
• Provide support to students in the selection of courses in the system of credit hours.
• Processing request forms (including data entry).
• Arrange and attend open days.
• Communicate with students and their parents / guardians.
• Representing the University as the first point of contact for prospective students
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
