• Managing Elevator and Escalators projects
(Installation and Commissioning). Controlling the
assigned budget for projects, monitoring the
allocated resources to execute the work within
the specified time and minimum cost.
• Studying project specifications, completing
technical studies, and coordinate with clients to
meet all the specified requirements.
• Handling elevators and escalators’ projects (Installation and commissioning) for villas, buildings (mid-rise and high-rise) and complexes.
• Handling service contracts, following up on maintenance activities.
• Handling and managing special delivery
department’s activities.
• In charge of service contracts and performing renewing process, following up on routine maintenance activities, and approaching new clients for new service opportunities.
• IN charge of production line, monitoring performance of the line to assure that highest capacity achieved. Coordinating and managing all operational, technical, and quality issues related.
Approaching new clients and presenting products, following up on the commissioning
process and maintenance duties for clients.
