My responsibilties over at Appz Gate as an Android developer is to take basic sketches and information about the needed processes for the specific Android app that's requested to be built, and design a detailed work plan. Afterwards I draw every needed diagram in order to stick to the work plan. After developing the app I also have to make both black box and white box testing to make sure the code contains absolutely no bugs.
I always use the 80/20 rule to always deliver before the deadline.
I gave a 30 hours course that consisted of both Java (OOP included) and Android basic programming.
My graduation project was an OCR-dependent Android app. Giving the user a new way to recharge their mobile balance by simply taking a photo or fetching it from the gallery app, then selecting the recharge number (14 digits). The app then simply reads the numbers from the image, recognizes which operator you are currently using and dials the appropriate recharge code. I also led other projects where my team, as the usual, was the winner.
