Recently joined the Monitoring and Compliance department since October 2015, in which we will monitor the project and scheme performance and milestones, starting with the finance scheme to ensure that the two parties, the beneficiary and the bank comply with Tamkeen’s terms and conditions, and using that input to process a report and provide feedback to the operations team.
 Perform procedures to ensure compliance by customers to the terms of agreement between them and Tamkeen.
 Perform internal audit procedures to ensure compliance by different divisions to Tamkeen’s policies and procedures

October 2014 - Present
Worked with the payments department in Tamkeen and was responsible for reviewing and verifying proof of payment documents submitted by customers and ensure that they meet the requirements.
 Verifying and approving Techania Scheme participants’ inspection and payment process.
 Worked in the execution team verifying the authenticity of quotations as well as evaluating technical & financial proposals and ensuring their alignment with the approved Action Plan provided to beneficiaries from September 2014 to October 2015. Was responsible for ascertaining
that the prices provided by Suppliers/Service Providers are compatible with the market rate and reporting any major discrepancies to management.

KPMG March 2012 - Present
 Worked in KPMG Head Office assisting other departments in Quality Assurance aspects.
 Assigned to KPMG managed project “Enterprise Development Support Agency-EDSA” for a well-known government body “Tamkeen”, purpose of the project is to support the private sector in Bahrain.
 Handled approvals for private sector enterprises on whether or not they can get supported by the EDSA various programs.
 Provided input in quality reports when necessary.
 Site visits conducted for the customer service department as a whole in order to observe any drawbacks while giving recommendations on tackling such drawbacks.
 Input provided for the policies & procedures manual in terms of checking what is being complied with and what is not.
 Assisted in the English version Standard Contract of the EDSA program by making sure that the content reflects the actual practice and the Arabic version.
 Conducted call center quality sessions, evaluating calls for the ESF agency, particularly the way that agents respond to customers’ enquiries and finally offering suggestions to further improve the overall quality of the call center.
 EDSA has five schemes (Istishara, Jawda, Tasweeq, Tarweej, and Techania) which I provided input for in terms of research and advise
 Joined the Techania scheme (TAP) in the EDSA project under the price checking department since November 2012 as a price checker.
 Responsible for handling and evaluating amendment requests in TAP applications submitted by beneficiaries.
