•Responsible for HR & Personnel Management
•Develop and implement a human resources plan and personnel management policies and procedures.
•Manage the entire recruitment process and prioritizing workload.
•Taking part in interviews and carrying out pre employment checks
•Support the HR Manager with Recruitment improvements, strategies and initiatives
•Ensure that accurate job descriptions are in place
•Provide advice and assistance with writing job descriptions
•Provide advice and assistance when conducting staff performance evaluations
•Investigate and understand causes for staff absences
•Prepare and maintain job files and personnel files for new hires
•Oversee the clearance of terminated employees, as per the Company policies and procedures.
