The working experience I had was working in the United States of America in a company called Urban League as Analyst. My job was basically to:
• Identify problematic areas and conduct research to determine the best course of action to correct the data
• Improve processes and policies in support of department’s mission.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Interpret data and develop recommendations based on findings
• Develop and maintain databases and data systems necessary for projects and department functions
• Analyze reports of data duplicates or other errors to provide ongoing appropriate interdepartmental communication and monthly or daily data reports
• Continuously improving the demand forecasting process and reporting to deliver realistic, transparent and assumption driven forecasts for informed decision making
• Monitor for timely and accurate completion of select data elements
• Acquire all company supplies for employee requirements.
• Negotiate price & delivery for all quotes & purchases
• Manage company supplies inventory and also maintain adequate inventory levels for the supplies.
• Implemented new database system to keep track of employees, their clients and the progress.
• Provide information to managers by collecting and summarizing statistical data; preparing reports; making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations.
