Manage job sites for both new construction and remodeling projects
Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers, and clients, representing the owner or developer.
Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
Prepare and update material procurement schedule and material status and forwarding to head office.
• Performs material take offs prior to the purchase requisitions for the projects and reports any irregularities or discrepancies to the project management.
• Take off quantities from IFC drawings and for variations
• Perform and coordinate initial subcontract procurement and formation activities to include vendor solicitation, vendor audits for price and quality, and preparation of sole source selection justification.

• Prepare and validate with subcontractors and compare budget amounts with the amounts received by engineering.
• Review all requests for change in unit prices, assess and advise contract administrators in this direction.

Desalination R O plant and related Utilities that involves Construction, Maintenance and Operation. To provide creative, high quality solutions for challenging Mechanical Engineering Projects
Communicating with clients/ Consultant and all other disciplines involved in the project.
• Managing the site and confirm that all labor force, subcontractors, materials and equipment are available to ensure that the project plan meet the guideline and deadline.
• Coordinating with Technical office to prepare the required Shop/Coordination drawings as per approved drawings list by the consultant and whenever execution needs.
• Coordinating with QA/QC Engineer to Prepare (ITP, M.O.S, Material submittals, RFI...) appropriately for all work activities.
• Coordinating with all related MEP activities (Engineering, subcontractors...).
• Managing surveying activities at the project (Bench marks, setting out, leveling…)
• Managing quality, health and safety matters on site.
• Attending regular progress meetings and preparing reports as required.
• Preparing the monthly invoices.
• Managing, monitoring and interpreting contract documents in coordination with the PM.

• Supervision the installation of infrastructure work in the Project.
• Supervision the installation of Left Station, Centerfugual pump, & drainage systems(manholes, suction pipe line, discharge pipe line, all valve, diesel engine, Transfer Pumps, Poster Pumps, Water Meter Room, and All Installation of the Pipe UPVC, PPR, MS, GI Pipes & Fittings Work).
