Lead the Strategic Management process through the development and monitoring of the group’s growth strategy
* Member of MC&BC
* Conduct thorough environmental, operational performance, competitors and market analysis to deliver compelling insights to identify competitive and strategic positioning
* Drive the definition of specific, measurable strategic goals for the company
* Work with senior managers and leadership team to help set the overall strategic direction of the company, and to drive key initiaties
* Strategic reviews and identification of new key initiatives
* Propose strategic recommendations and guide Senior Management towards any immediate need to change business strategy/ plan

* Build the strategic roadmap with the business units, Support functions and stakeholders

* Ensure the relevant strategic story telling is built, burning environment is created, and change plan is ready

* Drive the strategic communication/change plan and ensure the effective communication to all employees
* Link strategic planning to operational planning and budgeting
* Ensure that IT plans are aligned with the strategy
* Develop, Manage, and Ensure effectiveness of strategy review meetings
* Identify and share the best practises at all levels to benchmark iHorizons Group

* Develop and present year-end results and new year plans to the shareholders

*Implement Palladium Execution Premium Process (XPP) as a strategy management approach
*Monitor, Test and adapt group strategy and lead strategy review meetings
*Provide on-going support and expertise to all management personnel, assisting them in establishing and meeting or exceeding all set goals, objectives, policies, and procedures for all the
organic functions of the Company
*Coach the Leadership Team in order that they fully understand the Company’s Mission, Vision, and Strategy
*Implement management controls and reporting procedures
*Development of new markets, merger, acquisition and diversification and the management team have up to date situational awareness of all core issues and operating data pertinent to sound decision making
•Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for all levels of management
*Contribute to the strategic planning process by communicating the specific
priorities of 9 business units (Motorcycle, consumables, construction, automotive,
remanufacturing, trucks, cars, mining, etc.) across the region
*Align group operational strategies
*Coordinate and manage annual business plan
*Provide insight into market, competitors and people dynamics
*Drive the planning, forecasting and strategy agenda for the relevant
business area
*Explicitly define objectives and measures and gains approval by the Executive Team
*Drive organizational alignment by ensuring that all business and support units / levels in the organization are aligned with the strategy
*Oversee the process of developing and cascading Balanced Scorecards to Division/Business Units level of the organization
*Ensure that Division/Business Units strategies and scorecards are linked to the corporate strategies and scorecards
*Drive the strategic communication/change plan to ensure effective strategy communications and education to all employees of organization

- Making a research papers on the economic issues in Egypt.
- Responsible for all IT software related projects in the Economic Issues Department (EID).
- Build economic models and contribute in analysis phase.
- Develop relevant programs for simulation and forecasting models.
- Build system dynamics models for macroeconomic problems in Egypt.
- Analyzing complex systems and creative innovative solutions.
Deployment/Upgrade
• Prepare documentation related to deployments/upgrades (deployment plans, deployment status reports, etc) and communicate to clients.
• Conduct training in HS products, MAP and modeling to clients, including training logistics (e.g. collecting feedback, exam results, certificates, etc).
• Perform deployments and upgrades of HS products in client sites.
Analysis
• Analyzing system requirements of clients.
• Modeling client business processes using MAP software.
• Reorganize the processes and optimize the flow.
• Responsible for creating KPI’s for resources and processes.
• Balanced Scorecard specialist. Management
• Perform internal beta testing of HS products and interpret results.
• Calculate Implementation and Customer Care (ICC) department KPIs on a regular basis.
• Provide details of the progress of their work on a regular basis to the Head of ICC.
• Assist the Head of ICC in process improvement, preparing monthly reports, etc
