• Monitor and analyze regions’ NFO KPI/OLA/SLA reports, identify areas for improvement, and track solutions implementation.
• Ensure regions’ NFO processes are done according to the NFO Department quality standards and company policies.
• Ensure regions’ NFO preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance activities are done according to the NFO department standard, and within the planned schedule and MTTR respectively.
• Act as the focal point of contact for NFO in new project planning and implementation.
• Manage and evaluate external audit companies
• Track and control regions' NFO OPEX and forecast regions' NFO budget.
• Manage and control regions’ NFO spare parts lifecycle.
• Investigate accidents/incidents; determine root causes; and develop corrective actions.
• Track regions' NFO risk register, and follow-up action plans.
• Conduct safety audits and inspections to identify and assess potential risks and implement solutions to prevent injuries, danger …etc.
• Prepare power training modules to improve FMEs' competencies to enhance PM and CM efficiency.
• Provide technical support to NFO teams to achieve the network targeted KPIs.
• Provide technical support for planning and PMO for regions’ power requirements.
• Maintain 100% power availability of the main and backbone sites at regions.
• Manage and control regions’ NFO spare parts lifecycle.
• Prepare power training modules to improve FMEs' competencies to enhance PM and CM efficiency.
• Analyze field maintenance reports to identify gaps, provide needed solutions, and follow up on the execution.
• Lead the power support team to deliver the operational service support level target.
• Provide the road map for network KPIs continuous enhancement solutions regarding field maintenance operation.
• Contribute to SLA and operational work improvement to secure high service quality.
• Prepare power training modules to improve FMEs' competencies to enhance PM and CM efficiency.
• Dimension and estimate yearly network electromechanical spare parts; track spare parts requests and faulty replacements to identify equipment aging and replacement plans.
• Analyze field maintenance gaps, provide needed solutions, and follow up on the execution.
• Lead the project lifecycle of customer’s power environment changes projects: planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, acceptance and closure, and validating the added value and impact against project requirements and goals.
• Provide sales and OPEX saving opportunities to customers by proposing alternative power solutions (Solar Systems, Hybrid, etc.)
· Manage order execution, achieving client satisfaction in terms of delivery and technical requirements.
· Responsible for the project engineering support of various projects from conceptual and detailed design stage through engineering, production, performance testing and dispatch to customer.
· Work on completing design and engineering of turnkey project installations.
· Lead the communication with customers and internal functions to satisfy project objectives.
· Monitor and record the changes during the project execution and make sure of implementation and secure change order claim on time.
· Plan all actions & follow-up of quality of execution, contract deliveries, customer inspections, target deliveries, invoicing commitments & manage all actions towards the effective conduct of the weekly progress meeting and project deliverables.
· Monitor & control budget margins, doing the best to improve or maintain the booked margins.
· Responsible for collecting/managing dues, BG’s, LC’s in co-ordination with Sales & Finance.
· Prepare all documents necessary for the follow-up of Projects activity (Reports, invoicing planning and management Information etc.).
· Follow-up of jobs through various meetings like weekly progress, job review, job closing, invoicing follow-up, receivables follow-up, commercial events like BG’s, LC management etc.
• A complete study of tender documents, i.e. Bill of quantities, drawings, specifications, conditions of contract and pricing.
• Plan and schedule the project activities in liaison with planning engineer.
• Prepare material requisition & provides technical support to procurement department in purchasing goods.
• Supervise the execution of all electrical related works and coordinates the works with mechanical and civil groups to ensure its adherence to the drawings and specifications.
• Act as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives.
• Prepare and assign the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc.., required for all electrical related works prior execution.
• Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates, and all applicable monitoring reports on a regular basis or as required.
• Inspect, test, and commission all electrical works.
• Check and validate sub-contractors payments and invoices.
• Supervise the day-to-day operation and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities related to electrical plant and equipment, inverters, rectifiers and their batteries, generators, air conditioning and control units.
• Plan, monitor and implement all new power solutions for telecom nodes and data centers.
• Improving Network operation by adapting sustainable solutions and energy saving initiatives.
• Setting priorities, assigning subordinates, liaising with other operation and maintenance supervisors to coordinate work activities, endorsing work orders and work permits, and supervising the actual execution of work on sites.
• Do routine safety checks for the electricity, electrical cables, and batteries.
• Investigate and troubleshoot maintenance problems and implements the Company's work permit procedures.
• Provide uninterruptible power and cooling to ensure availability and operability of all facilities’ equipment.
• Supervise power service contractors to ensure their power works achieve the appropriate standard.
• Check the contractor’s payments and invoices.
• Directing preventive and remedial maintenance in accordance to work instructions.
• Supervising fault finding and diagnostic check on all site equipment, ensuring all repairs are addressed promptly.
• Provided all required electrical technical support.
• Plan and schedule tasks to technicians and supervise their activities.
• Provides technical support to procurement department in purchasing activities.
• Keep records of inventories and ensure proper utilization of equipment and materials.
• Coordinate with project managers and contractors for planning installation of HVAC, power, and control systems.
