• Set plans to achieve growth and sales targets by customer and category group based on channel share of overall sales target, in line with the company strategy.
• Prepare annual sales forecast for the entire channel by customer a long with the monthly phasing, to ensure proper rollout of the plans.
• Ensure that Regional Managers have detailed coverage plan per branch and Sales Representative with clear classification of area, customers, frequency of visits, objectives with the needed tracking tools.
• Sign and ensure 100% implementation of the contracts with customers, which includes (physical spaces, display areas, deductions ((rebates, commissions, rentals)), to ensure clear expectations, deliverables and commitment to be achieved with the customers.
• Work and collaborate with all relevant internal departments in order to develop the channel’s programs and increase sales.
• Achieve operational excellence and cost optimization across assigned channel through conducting three-month review with high profile customers.
• Generate incremental revenue to achieve channel-specific targets and growth.
• Build the team’s capabilities by ensuring ongoing on-the-job training, coaching, and regular 1:1 feedback to maximize their potential and capitalize on their strengths.
• Develop and maintain relationships with market leaders to procure row materials in order to drive more sustainable sales and growth, as Sabic, Chevron Phillips Chemical and Tasnee.
• Assist the regional manager in developing the overall business plan for wholesale Channel within assigned region with clear business strategies to achieve the business objectives.
• Achieve the monthly collection target of assigned area with no outstanding amounts beyond the agreed periods as per the company collection policy to contribute to the targeted cashflow percentage.
• Provide reconciliation reports every 6 months or as company policy in addition to that annual reconciliation to be submitted on time with correct most up to date figures.
• Visit customers and ensure all customers are being visited by the Sales Representative according to the Journey Plan and identify opportunities to develop growth in the outlets and implement the initiatives.
• Monitor and audit customers’ stock level within assigned area, to ensure availability and proper replenishment to the customer.
• Build the team’s capabilities by ensuring ongoing on-the-job training, coaching, and regular 1:1 feedback to maximize their potential and capitalize on their strengths.
• Cascade down the company’s strategies and individual KPIs to the team properly to ensure awareness and ownership.
• Manage and accidents/incidents via thorough investigation and provide recommendations and take actions accordingly.
• Evaluate the performance of the store that are serviced and the Sales Representative and do necessary changes to optimize the performance of the store and the Sales Representative’s.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly target for the Sales Representatives in terms of Value, Volume, Marketing Group, and SKUs.
• Set the right distribution, visibility, coverage, and productivity target for the team and track it daily to achieve it.
• Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that span one or multiple lines of business based on the medical strategy and budget plan.
• Provide on-site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones
• Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership
• Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that span one or multiple lines of business based on the medical strategy and budget plan.
