Responsible for Logistics, Warehouses and Planning in Supply Chain division, for
around 7, 000 items with inventory value of 50M SAR and distribution to more than
60 stores.

Demand
Puts the demand cycle in place by coordinating with sales and marketing. To
develop accurate, realistic and achievable forecast. Leading monthly meetings
with top management seeking consensus and making sure that they are
aligned with business objectives and market requirement.
* Supply
Secures supply of Raw Material and Finished Goods to the manufacture and
customers through co-ordination with Production, Procurement, Customer
services, Warehouse and Logistics. Keeping track of daily supplies making sure
that it is aligned with agreed supply plan.
* Production Planning
Directs production planning and master schedule that supports business
forecast, including establishing lead-times, lot sizes and safety stocks to ensure
on time availability of products to fill customer orders and on time shipments.
* Inbound Logistics Management
Plans and monitors the receiving and distribution of all RPM’s items received
from suppliers or production to ensure a smooth and consistent operation.
Monitors departmental budget to ensure expenditures are within guidelines.
* Inventory Management
Owns the inventory management processes and ensures that right strategies
are in place to meet targets of working capital. Developing stock policy aligned
with business plan. Participate and deploy inventory benchmarking to maintain
right inventory and avoiding out of stock and bullwhip effect.
* KPI Management
Ensures proper recording, analysis, communication, monitoring and
improvement plans for business KPI. Providing insight of progress towards
planned values, highlighting grey areas and suggesting improvement plans.
* NPI’s/Development Projects
Being part of NPI team taking ownership of timely launch of new products.
Also playing key role in new developments, modifications, inductions etc.

* Forecast Accuracy
Improve forecast accuracy by 16% through S&OP process implementation.
* PM Inventory Control
Reduce the PM’s inventory stocks by 37% through applying inventory
management.
* Inventory Accuracy
Improving business process flow helped in achieving 100% accuracy in the
receiving warehouse and 98% accuracy in the operation warehouse.
* Cost Saving
Save more than 0.5M SAR through Cost Reduction Program.

Customer Service
Plans and directs activities of customer service team to meet the needs of
customers and support company operations by identifying customer issues and
resolve them efficiently. Works closely with key functions to reduce order
delivery time and improve case fill rates while controlling the cost of delivery.

laws to avoid any custom duties payments within applicable custom laws.

planned values, highlighting grey areas and suggesting improvement plans.

Achieve 98% in customer delivery performance On Time In Full (OTIF).
* FG Inventory Control
Reduce the FG’s inventory stocks by 27% through applying inventory
management.
* Custom Clearance
Returning more than 200K SAR of custom duties to the company through
effective communication and intensive follow up with customs.
* Service Level
Agreed and implement service level agreement with top customers and
packaging materials suppliers.
