Responsible for creating exciting materials and design solutions that have a high visual impact, for the three distinct properties:
- Riyadh Marriott Hotel
- Courtyard Riyadh Diplomatic Quarter Hotel
- Marriott Executive Apartments Riyadh
Duties:
- Meeting the other departments to discuss their needs, objectives and budgets.
- Designing and creating a wide variety of graphic art and promotional material.
- Solving design problems where no answer is apparent.
- Producing designs for both internal and external communications.
- Creating integrated design projects across both online and offline outputs.
- Developing design briefs.
- Explaining design concepts and ideas to clients and colleagues.
- Coordinating multiple publishing projects.
- Commissioning illustrators and photographers.
- Providing graphical support for Blogs, websites and social media.
- Working on presentations, leaflets, trademarks, marketing materials and banner designs.
- Producing accurate and high-quality design work.

- Overseeing the visual expression of a client’s brand.
- Working in collaboration with photographers, copywriters, printers and designers.
- Contributing designs and artwork to projects.
- Meeting with clients to discuss their business objectives and requirements.
- Liaising with print companies to secure the best prices.
- Helping out with publicity initiatives, press releases and media relations.
- Researching stock photography.
- Ensuring strict adherence to quality control methods.l
- Create new and original designs from scratch for brands based on client specification, needs and brand image.
- Supervise projects to ensure that all materials ordered arrive upon agreed time and are in good shape to obtain maximum results.
- Make sure that job deadlines are met in due time, ensuring that job quality is nothing short of the best
- Create and maintain files for all creative assets and resources, such as software, art materials, and special fonts, which are needed for record keeping and referencing.
- Evaluate and manage production resources to enhance high productivity and allocations.
- Facilitate product campaigns and marketing via emails, micro-sites and other landing pages to boost client to customer interactions.
- Liaise with other members of the graphic design team to maximize creativity and excellence in performance and delivery.
- Supervise and mentor design staff on project execution, and submit performance report on assigned projects to the executives for appraisal.
