Facilitated Human Resources activities and supported Maintenance and Operation with the needed logistics. Also, involved in Project management of critical jobs where I have to assist in performing Planning and Scheduling.

I joined Saudi Aramco Company through Supplemental Manpower renewable contract through HAKA Company and be part of King Abdul Aziz Center for World Cultures Project Team (KACWC), as a Facility Management Consultant and the Lead person in the Commissioning Program. The following is my main responsibilities:

- Plan and develop the facilities commissioning strategies that outline the procedures and process that should be utilized and implemented to manage facility/ building systems testing and be able to receive or have a smooth facilities handover.
- Manage commissioning process activities.
- Develop and propose suitable Operation & Maintenance business model options in order to perform the right Facilities Management and Operation & Maintenance at King Abdul Aziz Center.
- Establish Operation & Maintenance Work Control Center.

Consultant in Facilities Management في (KAUST) King Abdullah University of Science & Technology

I was hired by KAUST (King Abdullah University of Science & Technology) through Saudi Aramco Company as a Consultant in Facilities Management during facilities construction stage till the handing over of the project where I was assigned at Main Campus Support Department reporting straight to the Director of this department in order to establish Operation & Maintenance and Facility Management function for the University Campus Facilities and Equipment. My main duties were to attain the following:

- Develop Campus major Facilities and equipment Operation & Maintenance Systems and Procedures
- Establish the most suitable Organization Structure of Campus Operation & Maintenance Department.
- Develop an effective interface between the various concerned departments regarding the needed services, especially operation & maintenance.
- Create an effective services demands Work Flow for Campus facilities, including operation & maintenance.
- Establish the required computer operation systems at Campus area, such as SAP & HPSM, to enable the department to manage, monitor and track Operation & Maintenance and other needed services.
- Establish a centralized Work Control Center & Help Desk to support Campus Facilities Operation & Maintenance plus the other demanded services.
- Prepare and assign qualified staff to handle the operation of the centralized Work Control Center by proper selection and training.

Employed for two years by JAL International company as a Contract Project Manager to handle, administer, and manage its Supplemental Manpower contract at Saudi Aramco Company which comprises various type of manpower disciplines, such as (Architectural/Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineers, Admin Clerks, Work Control teams, Computer Programmers, Planners & Schedulers, Specifications & Scope Writers, Cost Engineers, Draftsmen, and CADD 2D & 3D operators, Fire Protection engineers, Fire Detection engineers, etc.). Hence, I was also responsible to manage the following functions for my manpower at Saudi Aramco:
- Recruitment of manpower
- Government Relation
- Human Resources
- Staff logistics support

Employed as a Contract Project Manager by one of Saudi Aramco Contractor Companies called JAL International Company where I had worked for two years to administer and manage company staff (Engineers, Admin Clerks, Work Control teams, Computer Programmers, Planners & Schedullers, Specs & Scope Writers, Cost Engineers and CADD 2D & 3D operators ) at Saudi Aramco area under a supplemental manpower contract. This position gave me the opportunity to perform Human Resources operation, Government Relations function, Recruitment operation and Employees Services operation.
