o Booked assets for 2018 reached BD 18M, 30% above the allocated budget for the year.
o Liabilities (FD accounts) introduced to the Bank exceeded BD 28MM.
o Delegated a number of NPL accounts and worked to return them to current and, subsequently, write-back provisions.
o Developed, Proposed, obtained approval and implemented an innovative, Sharia’ Compliant, solution for Overdraft facilities.
o Developed, Proposed, obtained approval and implemented a Sharia’ compliant Cheques/Bills discounting facility.
I was accepted in the Managment Training Development Program of BBK. The selection process of the program started with over 800 candidates and ended up with only 18 employees.
