Currently working in Abantia Tempo, Doha, Qatar as
Supervise complete fabrication of all type of steel pipe, GI, erection of heavy equipment’s, pipes, etc.
• Preparing and monitoring of fabrication sequence as per codes and standards during fabrication work is
performed in accordance with the approved construction procedure, specification and correct materials of
piping.
• Installation of Heat Exchangers and Chemical Dosing.
• Connections of Chilled water pipes to the Air Handling Units & Fan coil Units & CRAC unit.
• Making pressure tests for Hydrant, sprinkler, chilled water and drainage pipes.
• Installation of fire Fighting and jockey pump set.
• Installation of all type of plumbing, pump with accessories.
• Flushing and cleaning of chilled water piping system.
• Installation and Insulation of refrigerant piping for CRAC unit VRF unit.
• Installation of sleeves, puddle flanges and link seal.
• Ensure that all the fabrication/welding related records such as bill of materials, weld cards, consumables etc.
are properly archived and cooperate with Safety and QA/QC inspectors by performing as per their
recommendations.
• Check the installed piping components as per P&ID and reviewing isometric support drawings and details.
• Performs maintenance and installation functions associated with all water system equipment.
• Coordinate with MEP team in site.
• Installation of Sanitary wares.
• Repairs and replaces valves and other plumbing components.
• Drainage piping system installation.
• Installation of floor drains and cleanouts.
• Preparing piping, Valve, fittings data sheets, specifications and MTO from piping general arrangement
drawings.
• Making take off if any modification from the drawing.
• Performs skilled and semi-skilled plumbing work in the maintenance and repair of plumbing systems,
equipment, and fixtures.
• Attending daily and Weekly meeting (Production and Safety)
• Following the Work Permit System and procedure
• Conducting daily toolbox meeting and Task brief reports for the team members.
• Making Daily progress report and give to construction.
• Familiar with the Chilled water pump, firefighting pump, dewatering pump and booster pump installation.
• Preparing two-week look ahead schedule that needs to be submitted to the planning department for review and
inputs to draw up the final execution plan for the piping department.
• Proper arrangement of equipment and manpower based on the site without delaying of production daily basis.
• Supervise the team for timely and accurate work execution.
• Ensure all work activities in safe condition and get completed as per the quality norms and as per clients /
project specification.
• Participating and involving in the preparation of WMS and risk assessment.
• Responsible for establishing promote and maintaining a safe and hazard free working environment. Formulates
and develops safety policies and procedure with the help of HSE Department.
• Maintaining proper housekeeping of the work location.
• Responsible for the planning and executing Hydro-testing of piping system.
• Closing the NCR’s and punch list clearance from the client.
• Resolving technical queries to coordination with the client for site modification and getting approval as per the
standards and revised drawings also.
• Ability to make As-Built drawings and maintain all the revised documents / close coordination with QA/QC dept.
For all concern and documentation.
• Making as built of the site as per the site condition.
• Taking immediate decisions as per the site conditions whenever required and informing the client.
• Assigns teams to projects as necessary by workload.
• Communicates with site manager to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Evaluates worker in accordance with established policy.
• Inspects and supervises contractors on plumbing jobs.
• Directs and performs a variety of repair or replacement functions related to plumbing, water heaters, pumps and
motors, etc.
• Measures, cuts, threads, and assists in the installation of pipes and tubing.
• Repairs and replaces hot water tanks, circulating pumps, etc.
• Maintains equipment and supplies.
• Transports equipment to job sites as needed.
• Maintains well and wastewater systems as needed.
• Provides assistance to other crews as needed.
• Responds to after hour emergencies as requested.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Project Engineer.
In general, all works related to:
1. Plumbing
2. Sanitary wares
3. Condensate Drain pipe installation
• Installation of water supply for drainage, dewatering.
• Connections for the main line of all manholes.
• Connection of Main line from KAHRAMAA to service lines.
