Participation in setting the general policy for the security sector in company to achieve the determined goals
- preparing the annual budget plans necessary to implement and develop the required security operations
- Supervising the implementation of the business plans assigned to the various organizational divisions of the security activity
- Supervising the implementation of security plans necessary to secure the headquarters of the company in coordination with the various security agencies in the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Interior
- Declaration, approval and issuing the instructions, rules and procedures related to security of information, documents, people and security of instructions & any system the job requires to guarantee the entire company is secure.
- Participation in approval of the required training needs to support and develop the employees working in the security field, to rise their efficiency & to asses and follow up the trainees.
- All work related to occupational health and safety
- Participating with the Security Assistant General Manager in setting the plans for securing company facilities.
- Setting the department plans to guarantee their execution within the security sector plans. Defining the responsibilities inside the department to guarantee execution of the required jobs quickly & efficiently
- Supervise on the follow up & auditing systems for the security work including the periodic follow up programs in the head office
- Studying the suggestions related to the training courses for employees working in the security department in the head office, following up their execution & their presenting to the security assistant general manager. following up their execution
- Participating with Security Department Head in setting a work plan to execute the work related to securing head office
- Participate in suggesting the training courses for employees & follows up its execution.
- Participate with the head of security department in setting the plan to manage the control of entrances & exits of the head office.
- Follow up execution what is related to the security section in concerning security plans.
- Doing the studies and researches specialized in the security field for information, documents, people safety and in any other security field.
- Doing the required studies needed to increase the efficiency of employees working in different security fields and participating in its execution.
- Following up the problems arising from application of security system and rules, analyzing them, specifying their courses and presenting suitable suggestions to avoid any defects in the system.
- Preparing the required security reports and presenting them to upper management.
- Doing sudden and periodic visits to the entrances and exits of the company to manage the security control.
- Sudden and periodic visits to the security personnel of the contractor company to assure that they do their jobs according to the set security plan.
- Assure the safety and validity of the technical devices needed in execution of the security plan.
All the functions of the combatant officer within the Egyptian armed forces, including the work of securing the bases of the armed forces
