- Follow up the maintenance of all machinery including concrete batching
plant, asphalt plant and crushers.
- Maintains and executes good housekeeping and safety in the work area for
the best possible image of the company and safety of the employees.

systems to include basic mechanical, electric and hydraulic systems.

• Organizes the assignments and rotations of materials according to the needs for projects.
• Monitors the maintenance of the machinery.
• Participate plans and budgets investment also participating in the study of technical options to adopt.
• Work directly with Director of materials management and implement the policies, procedures, systems, and programs required to meet the department objectives and to ensure continuous improvement in all material management and supply planning areas.
• Fleet management.
• Assists the material manager in all internal and external missions.
• Ensure the preventive and curative maintenance of all equipment on time.

• Provide leadership direction to the entire service department. Communicate and influence direct reports effectively to develop good working relationships and teamwork.

• Plan work schedule to meet work order commitments and assigns work to technicians and monitors progress.
• Responsible and accountable for maintaining and promoting a safe work environment.
• Provide decision-making support to technicians in the analysis and resolution of service / parts problems.
• Analyze and proactively seek out all options to provide the best solution for the customers and the company.
• Support and drive safety programs / results at each store.
• Development of procedures for preventive and curative maintenance of all equipment CATERPILLAR, HYUNDAI, VOLVO, KOMATSU, HIATCHI etc….
• Development of the dashboard of maintenance activity.
• Management of spare parts.
• Monitoring technician’s interventions to ensure the maintenance of equipment.
