Oil and Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL):
OGDCL is the high-profile client of PwC Pakistan being listed on London Stock Exchange. And it is also the biggest company of Pakistan in terms of profit and total assets having the annual turnover of 1.8 billion USD
I engaged in two full year audits and two reviews of OGDCL. I was senior on the half year review and was also responsible for leading the audits of Joint Venture Concessions and wholly owned Concessions of OGDCL.
I was part of the team responsible for review of the PwC audit file by Financial Reporting Council UK (FRC) and it was complied with good remarks.
