maintenance for the all plant equipments.

• Following up all manufacturing and inspection Processes for production lines components.
• Repairing, maintenance for every tool in each machine in the production line like gear boxes, cams, shafts, belts, coupling……etc.
• Visual inspection of manufactured tools and welded joints.
• Dimension check according to the released drawing for fabrication.
• Following up and implementation of the maintenance plan of the machines.
• Following up all production process and control the productivity of the production lines.
• Inventory control and controlling the spare movements and purchases. (from April 2011 till September 2011)
• Following up and implementation of the maintenance processes (preventive and corrective) for milling machines components.
• Applying the maintenance process on all milling Equipments according to senior mechanic order.
• Watch, keeping and maintenance of engines (prime movers), Mud pump (reciprocating and centrifugal), air compressors, hoisting Equipments (hooks, wires and Top drive component) and pneumatic systems.
• Inventory control and control the spare movement on the stock
