Managed multiple projects with backlog value of $100+ million and executed mega projects with a value of $20 million. Accountable for complete planning and managing all aspects of allocated projects to meet the project’s goals on time, on budget, and within defined scope throughout project cycle from contract review and project inception through to completion and remittance. Complete management of design, estimation, vendors/subcontractor’s, mobilization & demobilization, project control, cost control, and quality control with full responsibility to negotiate variation orders. Contributed to improve the contribution margin of mega project from -13% to +10% in 2019.
Designed and managed customer experience to prefer and convert to company’s product and services over competitors’ products and services in a new product development project completed 2018.
Developed various tracker with 100% accuracy in 2017 & 2018 to monitor projects deliveries, enhance cash flow, and improve the overall projects control efficiency.
Contributed to 54% increment in revenue by 2016, 35% reduction in total overdue value, improvement to 94% on time delivery, and 30% ahead of time deliveries in 2015.
Accountability to manage, monitor, maintain, and derive continuous improvement to established Integrated Management System (IMS). Act as the focal point for all quality related subjects with internal and external parties at all levels. Establish quality department and train quality personnel to manage projects’ quality activities, derive, and ensure compliance and adherence to applicable regulatory requirements, QHS requirements, and contractual obligations. Manage ISO certification and organizational qualification for new business development opportunities. Monitor production operations to ensure strict compliance, promptly report defects, and manage corrective actions and customer complaints. Ensure effective inspection of all shipments, sampling, product quality, adequacy of measuring equipment, and calibration validity. Initiate ITP’s to strategically manage and identify inspection stages while maintaining product quality. Identify and resolve production failures throughout RCA. Manage and improve processes by qualifying audit team, leading audit performance, processing information, and taking appropriate actions and decisions. Played major role in setting up QA targets, employing innovative approach to promote organizational values and culture, process improvement activities, and generating quality analysis and metrics. Ensure adequate engagement and understanding among all staff and subcontractors and exchanged knowledge and information with other departments and functional managers. Contributed in warehouse management and ensured compliance for incoming material inspection, safe and systematic storage, material release process, finished goods and outgoing materials are in full compliance with all applicable requirements.
