*Monitoring the Excavation and back filiing activities for (LV and ICT) Networks.
•Installation of Electrical Manholes for different types.
• Supervise all aspects of Electrical department progress in the project, including the installation of LV Network, Low Current Activates.
•Installation and Termination of Feeder Pillars for the Coastal Village (COV).
•Monitor and Conduct the testing for LV Cables (Insulation Resistance Test, and Megger test)
•Monitor and Conduct the testing for Feeder Pillars (Breaker Tripping Test, and Megger test)
•Monitor and Conduct the testing for ICT Network (Mandreal test)
•Monitor and Conduct the Cable Laying Standard and be aware of cable dressing and distance between each other.
•Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of the project team.
•Performing quality control on the installation and inspection.
•Performing the Quantities of Electrical and Mechanical materials to proceed with the products request and material inspection.
Supervise all aspects of electrical department progress in the project, including the installation of containment, Busway, Low Current, LV, Generator, Switchgear, and BMS.
•Execution of LV system installation, testing and commissioning of LV Panels, MDBs & SMDBs.
•Installation, testing and commissioning of electrical power, internal lighting and external lighting, lighting control and dimming control system.
•Assist the staff on project in resolving any technical issues and requiring to close out.
•Installation, testing and commissioning of Low current system includes Fire alarm, Central Battery & Voice evacuation.
•Installation, testing and commissioning of cable dressing and termination.
•Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities and resolving problems
•Assist the Senior Project Engineer with the development of construction planning documents and monitor their implementation
•Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of the project team
•Coordinate with construction team to ensure all materials used as per the aspects.
•Follow up the weekly targets to improve the progress at the project.
•Track down monthly progress and negotiate payment.
•Oversee sub-contractor’s performance according to contractual aspects and obligations.
•Supervise the operations team and ensure the termination and testing as per submittals.
•Determine performance standards, undertook audits, and identified trends, gaps, deficits, monitor compliance.
•Follow up the safety regulations and attend (TBT) weekly.
•Recommending solutions for unexpected technical difficulties on site during installation.
•Synchronizing with consultants, sub-contractors and site engineers to update progress status and reporting to managing director.
•Review and forward any comments on the contractor’s method statement.
•Review and forward any comments on the contractor’s technical submittals.
•Reviews project contract documents and monitors construction activities to ensure compliance.
•Responsible for Earth pit cables continuity test
Knowledge of electrical construction and engineering drawing details and design plan review principles applicable to power distribution, generation, controls, lighting, premises wiring, electrical equipment, overcurrent protective devices, arc-flash hazards.
•Measures and record quantities of work completed for paymentcomputation.
•Auditing of fieldwork by subcontractors.
•Field checks installation and location of electrical equipment, electrical duct, conduit, cable, panels and other components of the electrical system being installed. Assures compliance with approved submittals.
•Supervise the Installation of cable tray, ladder, basket, GI conduit.
•Supervise all the methods of installation transformers and generator.
•Megger testing for Panel Boards.
•Assist the staff in the review of submittals, specialized on-site inspections, testing, and commissioning, including contractor's design drawings, shop drawings, materials, and alternative proposals submitted by contractors.
•Develop work plan and efficiently organized the proper delivery into working sites in order to meet agreed quality & deadline.
•Prepare and test lightning and protection system coordinated with ABB.
•Come up with Lighting Power Density (LPD) calculation as requirements.
•Familiarity with the materials and tools needed to fill a wide range of construction services.
•Motivate the team and make sure the project gets completed on schedule.
•Performing quality control.
•Ensure that electrical construction installations are completed in accordance with project documents and specifications.
*Supervise all aspects of mechanical and electrical department progress in the project, including the installation of HVAC systems, plumbing, firefighting systems, UPS and MDB.
•Keep track of measurements, and determine necessary adjustments.
