• Sets the whole operation system for the company.
• Direct the function of the company’s logistics workers, Logistics Assistant, and Logistics Drivers; therein, provide day to day leadership, management, and guidance.
• Evaluate and review the company’s logistics operations business practices, and eliminate non-value added activities.
• Drive the development of positive business relationships with the company’s logistics customers and vendors.
• Direct pricing and performance reviews in order to identify service and revenue improvement opportunities and to manage costs.
• Plan and supervise the execution of working orders for company fleet.
• Manage operation staff and arrange their working schedules.
• Allocate and re allocate fleet according to work capacity and current need.
• Coordinates between forwarders, shipping agencies, and clients and manage their logistics.
• Work closely with our agents regarding order flow process by forecasting delays delivery issues, or situations that could impact operations.
• Follow up cargoes at processing and storage facilities and coordinate its transportations to its shipping destinations.
• Reports the current situations of day to day operations of approved - rejected cargoes.
• Arranges the transactions of imported - exported approved cargoes.
• Tests commodities to ensure the quality and functionality of exported / imported goods.
• Inspects grains specially rice against standards and approves - rejects cargoes according to inspection findings.
• Take samples at storage facilities for testing commodities as free of commercial defects according to standards.
• Controls the production of food, its processing and preparation against health and food safety regulations.
• Inspects the health and quality procedures of food production and processing.
• Counts and tally counts the loaded - discharged cargoes at the port.
• Visually inspects various commodities at the loading - discharge locations.
• Monitors the loading - discharges of various commodities at the port and or clients warehouse.
