Executive Summary
I’m a FIELD SERVICE Engineer with three years value based Experience of power plant station which generate super heated steam.
With 5 years of extensive maintenance and operation boilers experience in the sugar industry, I’m seeking a BOILERS engineer position which will allow me to utilize my experiences to work with a team.
I’m a good user of Autocad, office word & excel.

POWER PLANT DEPARTMENT
MAINTENANCE SKILL:-
• Bagasse Feeders.
• Induced Draft Fans & forced draft Fans.
• De-aerators.
• Fuel oil pumps.
• Feed water pumps and its turbine drive basic maintenance.
• Boilers high pressure valves
• Maintenance of Safety valves and valve setting during STEAM TEST.
• Inspection of Boilers during Off-Crop and give report about Boiler Wall condition and baffle condition for necessary repair or Re-habitation
• Boilers tubes External and Internal cleaning arrangement.
• Inspection of Gas Air heaters Tubes and make necessary arrangement for replacing the corroded Tubes.
OPERATION SKILLS:-
• During crop, Operation of Boilers are monitored by DCS panel under my Supervision and I am leading group of operators and fireman and Field operators and ensuring the proper steam pressure and temperature in spite of different load flexible condition to the process and Power house.
• Complete knowledge about Boiler Steam taking in line as well as isolating from line.
• Complete knowledge about start up and shut down procedures of Boilers.
• Complete knowledge about DCS panel operation.
• Analyzing skill about Boilers Operation with basis of DATA shown by DCS.
• Quick action during any untoward incidents of Boiler operation system.
• Bagasse conveyors and Reclaimers operation systems.
• Knowledge about Boiler and Feed Water PH, TDS, &and Conductivity.
• Daily Boiler Reports Preparation work for compute Fuel oil consumption and Feed water consumption and Super heated Steam generation, and evaporation ratio of Boilers.
• Basing on the report if any Boiler efficiency is less isolate the particular Boiler and make investigation for the cause.
• Housekeeping.
Since obtaining my Degree in Mechanical Engineering commenced work with Kenana Sugar Company Limited, Republic of the Sudan, the world’s largest integrated sugar factory with a peak grinding capacity of 26, 000 MTs a day capable of producing 400, 000 MTs of White sugar per Anum, in the position Boiler Engineer during starting of my career and elevated as Boiler engineer-operation..
