• Training Budget & Calendar
- Support to plan the training calendar along with Sr. Managers and the business heads
- Support the track learning and development budgets and present reports on a regular basis to the management
- Support to measure the ROI of training in the territory to show tangible benefits \

- Provides inputs to the training content development team to help design training content in line with territory functional requirements to ensure effective and high quality delivery of training
