working in rolling plates production plant, to produce flat plates from 6 mm to 100 mm thickness * 1500 mm width * 12 m long
Responsible of managing (planning- execute- evaluate-analyze) all production(Bar Mill & Wire mesh) and maintenance Planning activities at al Ezz Rolling mills co. at 10th Ramadan city , besides execute the company internal audit for IMS with the quality assurance team
Responsibilities:
1-Prepare all technical operating instructions for all production equipments.
2- Make follow up for all planning (Production- Maintenance) activities and top management recommendations to be sure of the realization of the planned targets
3- Indicating the technical data needed for the purchasing of the production requirements (billets- rolls - bearing ...etc.) To be sure of realizing the plant targets.
4- Evaluate the needed coming main product materials (billets).
5- Prepare all needed reports about the production plan deviations
6- Issuing all the (daily- monthly- annual) reports about the plant performance
7- Issuing the primary plant budget for production and maintenance activities.
8-Prepare the environmental self monitoring plan for the production line and make follow up for the environmental performance of the production line.
9-Prepare and execute the plant overhauling activity plans
10- Following up the achievement of annual plant objectives
