Responsible for Industrial workshop at Jushi Egypt Fiber Glass Factory.
•Schedule daily work and generate work schedule plans.
•Undertaking Manufacturing and Quality of products.
•Handling new designs and Drawings.
•Maintaining good housekeeping practice, safety and 5S in all Areas of workshop.
Leading a team of 8 technicians to maintain and repair mechanical Equipment’s in plant Utilities (Compressors, Blowers, Water Pumps and Water Station).
•Create Maintenance Procedure.
•Dealing with emergencies, unplanned Stoppages.
•Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance.
•Keeping the equipment backlog for planned preventive maintenance and emergency stoppages.
Utilities, Raw Mills, Crushers, Cement Grinding (OK Mill and Ball Mill) and Packing areas.
•Follow-up and update preventive maintenance schedule.
•Performing inspection of mechanical equipment according to the organization policy to achieve the equipment targets in KPIs.
•Reporting of nonconformities of equipment in addition to generating RCA (Root Cause Analysis), recommending corrective actions.
Perform all daily Visual inspection test to achieve to achieve required Quality according to Welding Procedure.
•Supervise on Hydro-test and Radiographic Tests.
•Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project.
