Review & prepare contracts, permits, drafts, cost estimates & insurance.
Allocate necessary project resources including subcontractors, suppliers & company labor.
Ensure project is executed according to approved time, cost estimates, quality & safety standards.

Follow up / Monitor procedures of NOC / Permits with different authorities.
Prepare/review different types of shop drawings (civil & architectural).
Prepare/Review different types of submittals (Material & Technical).
Prepare/follow up project submittals log.
Coordination between Architectural, Structural, MEP drawings & Prepare RFIs if required.
Advise / follow up the process of preparing variation orders.
Advise on contractual & technical matters.
Review subcontractors submitted programs of work.
Coordination between project different activities/ subcontractors.

Construction of villas and buildings at different sites (el-sheikh zayed city, el obour city and al-haram)
